This salad is delicious and healthy. The avocado and nuts provide healthy fats and protein to help fill you up and the parmesan adds a nice strong flavor. I tossed this with a light walnut caesar vinaigrette which pairs great with the parmesan and walnuts, but doesn't overpower the avocado. I would recommend using romaine lettuce since it has a lighter flavor and tastes good with caeser. Enjoy!
