This salad is really tasty, uses all healthy ingredients, and the avocado is filling enough to leave you feeling satisfied. I love serving this as an appetizer, but I also make it just to snack on during the day.
You will need:
Add all chopped vegetables and other ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir.
*I think this salad is best if served chilled - so if you have time before serving keep it in the fridge covered.
*The amounts make the above pictured amount - feel free to halve or double the recipe, just keep the rations fairly similar!
