Pizza Pasta Salad
Combining the taste of pizza & pasta into one dish is dangerously delicious. Use fun/seasonal noodles around holidays to make this a festive dish!
You will need:
1 package shaped pasta. (I used a fall harvest from World Market since I made this around Halloween!)
1/3 cup mozzarella cheese cut into cubes
1/3 black olives sliced
1/3 cup pepperoni chopped (I used turkey as a healthier option)
1/4 shredded mozzarella to garnish (optional).
Ranch dressing (about 1 cup - depends on how saucy you like it).
Boil pasta until cooked but not too soft. Drain, set aside to cool.
Chop your pepperoni, black olives, and mozzarella. Add to cooled pasta.
Add in your ranch dressing....
Tip: Make your own, it tastes much better - and can be healthier too! I use Hidden Valley ranch packets and follow the instructions, but use olive oil mayo & low fat milk to cut some calories!)
4. Toss, set in fridge to cool.
5. Serve & Enjoy!
