Asparagus is one of the best vegetables for you - it is packed with fiber, vitamins, antioxidants, and other nutrients. I used to hate asparagus, until I started making it like this...now I love it!
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350'.
1. Add asparagus, olive oil to coat, sea salt, and ground black peppercorn to a large ziploc bag and shake up. If you don't have a ziploc skip this step and just drizzle the toppings once asparagus is in baking dish.
2. Empty contents into an oven safe dish. Bake for about 25-30 minutes. Depending on the asparagus the cooking time may vary. Start checking at 20 minutes - you want the stalks to be soft but not baked to mush.
