Tomatoes a great healthy snack, but sometimes a little to plain without some added flavor. Using a tiny bit of salt, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar they taste great and you can snack guilt free (just don't over do the salt)!
You will need:
Tomatoes of your choice
Salt (preferably Himalayan to keep sodium content down).
Chop up or slice your tomatoes and put in a container you can put in the fridge. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic and lightly sprinkle a pinch of salt over them. Put in the fridge to chill and marinate for about an hour.
