Sweater weather is officially here in California and I couldn't be more excited about it.  Call me cliche for loving fall so much - spending Sundays watching football, getting cozy in sweaters & blankets, fall cuisine, and knowing that the holidays are on the way are most definitely a few of my favorite things. One thing I'm not ready to set aside as we head into fall? Wine.... especially my refreshing roses. Something you may or may not know about me is that wine is almost a bigger passion to me than cooking. I got my virtual cellar set up today which felt like a great organization project off my to do list (you can find me on Vivino under "Luca Neutze" if you're interested in connecting)! Anyway considering my love for vino I am so excited to be partnered up with The Wines of Provence to talk a little bit about rose. I mean who doesn't love a good glass of rose?!

The reason I am so excited to partner up with The Wines of Provence in particular is they are the only growing region in the world to dedicate 89% of their production to rose which means when it comes to our favorite pink wine, they know their stuff! Made up of three regions (highlighted below), the Provence roses are well balanced offering some that are light and sweet all the way to bold with a bit of spice so no matter what time of year you can enjoy a glass with your meal. Or just for a girls night! Don't set aside your fav rose just because the fall weather is here, maybe just don't turn it into frose... we can save that one for summertime!
Along with a little more info on each region I've highlighted a few of my favorite recipes below to serve up this fall that pair perfectly with your glass of rose! Don't forget to check if it's a rose day today!

I love rose, but I never really think about pairing it properly so I'm loving these suggestions!

I am drinking a rose right now! haha. It's so hot here in Santa Monica. =( When will Fall arrive? You have three stellar roses in this post. I adore Domaine de Cala! Have you had Miraval or Marjoram? Also lovely roses!
