Low Calorie Ranch Dressing

I love ranch dressing, but it always leaves me feeling guilty & "low fat" or "healthy" ranch dressings from the store are never tasty. I decided to get creative and make my own healthier ranch and everyone loved it! It didn't taste like a diet version at all. There is only about 100 calories in that whole bowl!
You will need:
  • 4 oz. weight watchers whipped cream cheese.
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2-1 pack of 1 oz. dry Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix. 
  • Sea salt, pepper, and optional dill seasoning to taste. 
Mix all ingredients together and whisk or whip with a fork until thoroughly combined and then chill to thicken a little bit. I made mine with half a pack of the ranch mix and it was good for me, but I did receive feedback from a few readers that they added a whole pack and preferred it that way. My advice would be start with half and then taste test and add in more ranch mix until it's they way you like it. Enjoy!
