I feel like goat cheese is always the missing ingredient to bruschetta - lot's of restaurants serve it that way now which makes my foodie heart so happy. These tartlets are a spin on my Goat Cheese Bruschetta recipe, which is one of my favorites. I love how light and refreshing any bruschetta is compared to lots of the classic fried or dip appetizers you find at most restaurants. *Please note there is no exact measurements for this recipe, it depends on how many cups you'd like to make!

What a unique recipe this is! I have to say that you never really failed to amaze me with all of the recipes you post here. I have already tried some of the meals you have shared with us and I would like to thank you because you have helped me cook them easier than what I expected because of the instructions you have included above. By the way, this one right here, I believe, is something that is worth trying. I will check if I will be able to do this as well. I just need to prepare everything that I need to get for this.
