I'm so excited about this recipe y'all! I love fried chicken, and finding healthy versions of fried food is not always the easiest task. The cornflakes are so plain in flavor but add the perfect crunch to these baked tenders. They're the perfect happy medium between needing to eat healthy and sticking with plain ol' grilled chicken & wanting a yummy breaded fried chicken. I also made up a really yummy honey mustard sauce to pair with these, totally optional but recipe included! While these are absolutely crunchy and delicious, I would definitely recommend making what you need for the meal and not planning on having leftovers. The breading will become slightly soggy next day. I hope you enjoy!
