If you like peppermint bark, these brownies are to die for. Holiday season is upon us which means I can actually find peppermint bark at the store and make these! The port wine substitution is a must in any brownies I make, it adds such a rich flavor over the water and keeps them really moist!

I absolutely love pumpkin breads during the fall season - they are so delicious and it just feels so festive to be cooking with pumpkin In October / November (not that it wouldn't taste good year round)! My favorite part about this recipe is the bread comes out really moist not dry which I personally love!
Fill a 24 count mini cupcake tray with cupcake mix of your choice. I used chocolate frosting on the first layer, vanilla frosting and orange sparkling sprinkles on the second layer, and red frosting on the last layer. candy corns to garnish and voila, you've got a fun presentation for cupcakes on Thanksgiving!
These are so festive and fun to serve during the fall season - the best part is they are inexpensive, healthy, and super easy!
