Bring on the holiday entertaining y'all! I try to save my favorite Thanksgiving and Christmas sides for those meals so that I really appreciate and enjoy my holiday dinners but I must admit, when I see stuffing hit the shelves, it's hard to resist. I LOVE stuffing. I partnered up with Pepperidge Farms Puff Pastry again this holiday season which I always love doing because Puff Pastry sheets are so easy to work with and can be cooked in so many different ways. Last time I made aPuff Pastry brie flatbread so decided to switch it up and make an easy pastry cup full of all the fall flavor goodness, aka - yes you guessed it, stuffing. This recipe is so simple and perfect to serve up during the holiday months as an easy bite sized appetizer. I loved it because I got a little taste of stuffing without totally spoiling the Thanksgiving dinner I am so looking forward to. Top it off with a little cranberry sauce mixed with balsamic for extra flavor. I hope y'all are having a great holiday season and enjoy this recipe as much as we did!

Yes, that's right, I said overnight breakfast. You know what that means? You get to wake up, pop this in the oven & serve a great breakfast with zero morning time prep work. It is so easy to put this together the day or night before you want to bake it and get all your prep work and dishes out of the way so you can just enjoy your morning. I particularly love this recipe for holiday mornings. You've got enough to worry about on holidays like focusing on your main meal of the day and spending time with family so anything you can do the day before is always helpful! I also love overnight breakfasts because let's be honest, if you're having any sort of party out or at your house, a stress free comfort food breakfast will be real nice to wake up to, especially if you had one too many cocktails the night before. Whatever your occassion this is sure to be a family favorite.... I mean what's not too love about cheesy egg & potato all combined together?!
Bacon. Wrapped. Need I say more? Seriously though, bacon wrapped is a great way to cook pork tenderloin, not only because bacon is basically the best flavor addition ever, but the juices from the bacon help keep the pork tender while it cooks. And let me tell you, tender pork is no easy thing – it tends to get chewy real easily. While this would be a great meal year round, I especially love this recipe for this time of year (fall / winter). It’s a great easy but crowd pleasing dish to serve up during a family holiday get together. I have a side dish paring recommendation below if you're looking for a whole seasonal meal to put together that I think you will totally love! Enjoy!
I hope y'all have a sweet tooth because these cake balls are so delicious! I was inspired to try making these after the pineapple upside down cake balls I made recently quickly became one of the biggest hits on the blog and the most pinned recipe to date! I figured if fresh pineapple tasted great in a cake ball that so would fresh strawberries - and I have to say...I was right! One of my favorite things about cake balls is that they are bite sized so i get to have my cake and cut some of the guilt. I also love how creative you can get with them while decorating by using different color candy melts and different toppings so you can totally customize them to any party or event you want to make them for. Last but not least these are so easy to transport and serve at parties, office events, etc... and just about everyone loves them! On that note, get creative, have fun, and enjoy!!!
Hey y'all! If you like goat cheese & sun dried tomatoes these cucumber bites are so delicious and make a perfect party appetizer. The combo of the two flavors is delicious, and I always love using cucumber as a base instead of crackers to cut carbs and because it has such a nice light flavor. Another reason to love these? They're relatively inexpensive and so quick to put together - I love low effort dishes like this to have out as bites at a party. Hope you enjoy as much as I did!
Okay so it's about that time of year where I would prefer just about everything to be "holiday" or "festive" so here we are. I admittedly don't even like a standard White Russian because I'm not that big on coffee but I got introduced to the peppermint version and fell in love! Let's just say I know what I'll be drinking for the rest of this holiday season...!
If you like peppermint bark, these brownies are to die for. Holiday season is upon us which means I can actually find peppermint bark at the store and make these! The port wine substitution is a must in any brownies I make, it adds such a rich flavor over the water and keeps them really moist!
Champs, champs, champs - I can never get enough. Sometimes the standard OJ mimosa, while delicious, just isn't what I'm in the mood for - so POM mimosas it was one day. These were delicious. Just mix champagne & POM (or any pomegranate juice), and add fresh berries for presentation which is totally optional. Cheers!
