This pasta was simple and delicious. Mozzarella doesn't have a strong flavor like other cheeses so it is a softer taste which pairs well with the vegetables. While the pasta and broccoli are cooking start your sauce.... I garnished with caprese bites and served with a few strips of chicken and asparagus. You can find the asparagus recipe here: http://lucaneutze.weebly.com/12/post/2013/11/olive-oil-sea-salt-asparagus.html
Caprese salad, bread, and pesto are a few of my favorite foods - combining them into one sandwich tasted great! My roommate was skeptical to try this because she doesn't like sandwiches made at home compared to how well a restaurant will make it-and she loved it! ![]() You will need:
PREHEAT OVEN TO 400' (OR FOLLOW DIRECTIONS ON YOU BREAD IF IT IS MEANT TO BE BAKED).
I served with avocado deviled eggs & sweet potato fries, which all tasted great together! Recipes below.

I kept seeing people "pin" and post recipes that stuck spaghetti noodles through hot dogs because it looks cool - but when I thought about making it, it didn't sound quite as appealing as it looked. I don't like hot dogs, and what kind of sauce goes with spaghetti AND hot dogs?! I decided to change it up and used angel hair, good sausage, and a really light pesto sauce that doesn't over power the meat - and actually tastes good with it.
