This recipe combines pumpkin & banana into one bread that makes for a great fall recipe. Enjoy!
Preheat oven to 350'.
Pour the liquid mix into the powder mix and stir until fully combined.
OPTIONAL: Add 1/4 cup chopped walnuts & 1/4 cup white chocolate chips. Feel free to use raisins, chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds (shelled), or any other ingredients of your choice!
Grease a 9X5 loaf pan well. Bake in the oven for about 65-70 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
OPTIONAL STEP - to make loaf prettier!
Allow bread to cool 30-40 minutes in loaf pan before removing and slicing. Enjoy!
