Edamame is usually our can't stop eating appetizer at Japanese and sushi restaurants, but it can be made even better at home. Try this recipe and you won't want to go back to plain edamame! Add a splash of vegetable (or olive) oil and some garlic paste to your pan. Saute over medium-high heat until outsides of edamame are slightly browned. Eat while hot for best taste. Serve plain or with asian dipping sauce of your choice, I prefer a light dumpling sauce!
Enjoy!
