Come Friday night all I want is pizza, I mean who doesn't? But when you're trying to eat healthier it isn't always the best option and if you're like me may leave you feeling a little guilty. So obviously we've got to find other ways to get our pizza fix in, right?! I've made mini quinoa pizza muffins before, and don't get me wrong they're delicious....but they aren't topped with cheesy goodness & pepperoni - it's all mixed in for even flavor. I decided to give a bagel bite version a try and these were freaking delicious!!
