1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice, try to strain a little pulp out or use a juicer that does.
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
Add orange juice and both sugars to a medium sauce pan and turn burner to medium / high. Stir until sugar is melted and everything is evenly combined.
Add in cranberries and bring to a boil - reduce heat to medium once boiling and simmer for about 5-10 minutes. You will hear the cranberries pop. If it starts to rise or boil to much you can reduce to low/medium.
Remove from heat and allow to cool for a few minutes. Pour into a bowl and put in the fridge to set and chill.
*This sauce is best served if allowed to sit in the refrigerator at least one hour for the best consistency.
